Though we can hope for a happy ending to these conflicts, we can be more effective if we approach conflict with some knowledge and confidence. The ability to handle conflict effectively is useful in both our professional and personal lives. This workshop will introduce knowledge and teach skills necessary to deal with conflict thoughtfully and skillfully. Topics will include recognizing the difference between disagreement and conflict, understanding conflict styles, and de-escalation.
